Dear Parents Assalamualaikum, 

Ramadan Mubarak and Eid Mubarak to all of you. Here is the information regarding the upcoming Sunday school registration details. All new and returning students need to be registered on Sunday school website before 11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time on Sept 14th. In-person registration will be held on Sunday, Sept 11th at 9:30am to 11:30 am at Bilal Masjid Trailer.

Important Notes:

  1. School StartsSunday, Sept 18th at 9:30 AM to 12:15 PM  
  2. Please do not come to the School on Sep 18th if you are not registered. You will not be allowed to take your child to classes. Please see note regarding late registration below.
  3. There are some parents who have not paid the tuition for last year second term. We will place a hold on registration until all accounts are cleared.
  4. If you need financial assistance please register online or in-person but you must apply for financial aid in-person on Sep 11th.
  5. This year we have more students than we have the capacity for. There is a waiting list and we may have to turn students away for lack of space available to accommodate all. It is important that the returning parents register and pay before the deadline. For new students, preference will be given to those who register early.

New students Registration:

  1. All new students must register on our website and send payment via regular mail or in-person on Sep 11th (see below). After online registration, all new students will have to take a placement test (except first grade).

  3. Placement Testing time: 10:00am to 11:00am at Sept 11th at Bilal Sunday school. For more information on testing please ceck out our FAQs.

Returning Students Registration:

  1. Returning students must register on our website using the following link: http://bilalmasjid.com/sundayschool/index.php/returning-students
  2. All returning students must register on our website and send payment via regular mail or in-person on Sep 11th (see below). After you are successfully registered and have made a payment, we will invite you to the web portal where you can check student grades, attendance and make changes to personal information.

In-Person Registration for New and Returning Students

In person registration: 9:30am to 11:30am at Sept 11th at Bilal Masjid Trailer

Late Registration

There will be no registration of new students on Sep 18th. Any late comers (new or returning) will be invited to join on Sep 25th at 9:00AM. A late fee of $25 per child will be charged and admission will be strictly on availability basis.

Tuition information for fall 2011 and spring 2012. Fee includes all books:   

Payment Options:

  1. Lump sum payment for the entire year will avail a 5% discount on tuition.
  2. Two payments for the school year – Sept 2011 and then Feb 2012.

After registering online, check mailed for tuition (and registration) must be received by Sept 14th. Otherwise you may lose your spot and late registration fee will be automatically added to your account.
